Grapefruit
Experience the vibrant allure of pink and red grapefruit, known for its stunning pink to red flesh and sweet-tart flavor. Sweeter and less acidic than traditional white grapefruit, its refreshingly tangy taste and bright, zesty aroma will captivate your senses. Our nutrient-dense varieties—Flame, Ruby Red, Rio Red, and the new Pink Frost—are all grown regeneratively with organic practices.
Honeybell
The Honeybell citrus, also known as the Minneola—a delightful type of mandarin with a deep orange hue. This unique fruit offers a sweet, tangy tartness and a distinctive bell shape with a stem bump. Probably the "perfect orange" taste.
Kaffir Lime Leaves
Kaffir Lime, also known as the Makrut lime, is a staple in Southeast Asian cooking. Known for its intense flavor and aroma, the leaves (not the fruit) are used in various dishes. Young leaves have a tangier taste, while older leaves can be dried or ground as a spice.
Lemon
Due to our limited harvest this season, you will receive a mix of the lemon varieties that are in season at the time of your order: Variegated Pink, Grand Frost, New Zealand Lemonade, and Meyer Lemon.
Page Mandarin
A farm favorite. Page Mandarin is a small-sized fruit bursting with sweet, tangy, and slightly floral flavors. Known for its intense sweetness. The Page Mandarin is the nutrient-dense garnish for every meal. Some seeded, some seedless.
Persian Lime
Bright lime flavor! Perfect for zesting. Firm, and great as a garnish with thin slices. Very juicy. Brighten up every dish!
Rangpur Lime
Small green very juicy limes with light orange flesh. A cross between a mandarin and lemon. Wonderful tangy floral taste that we enjoy in all our drinking water nick-naming it “life-water” because of the amazing nutrient levels.
Shiranui
Zesty, tangy, explosive! Discover the Shiranui, a citrus gem with a rich history and irresistible flavor! Originating in Japan in the 1970s, this tangy fruit quickly captivated Australia and made its way to the US by 2000. In California known as "Sumo" for its unique top and "ugly fruit" for its bumpy skin.
